Why is it wrong? Because this is America. We're supposed to be a beacon of morality. Torturing terrorists puts us on their level. And most of the people we tortured were relatives and friends of supposed terrorists, not terrorists we caught with dynamite vests and building blueprints.

Didn't we experience the largest influx of government control/intrusion under Bush? I don't think we need to be scared of socialized medicine. We need to be scared of rendition, arrests without warrants, imprisonment without trial, and torture.
