Bush allowed 9/11 to happen because he was a clueless, lazy wad. Then Bush invaded a country that had nothing to do with 9/11 and drained our Treasury for decades to come, bankrupted our grandchildren, and destroyed our credit with his Iraq quagmire. The kind of people who go around claiming "Bush kept us safe" when he ran the nation onto the rocks of bankruptcy and unnecessary war need serious medical attention. It is not I that need forgiveness here, it is the people that wished this scourge on the nation and still defend it. But a just God will requite everyone as they deserve.
